Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IconsMint ("Service"), operated by Maesto LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IconsMint is a platform for generating, browsing, and downloading SVG icons. The Service includes AI-powered icon generation, icon libraries, font kit exports, sprite exports, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

• •Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• •You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• •We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Icon Licensing

Icons are licensed, not sold. Your use of icons is governed by the applicable license (Free or Commercial) as described on our License page. Icons downloaded during an active paid subscription retain their commercial license permanently, even after cancellation. Redistribution of icons in any form (free or paid) is prohibited.

6. AI-Generated Content

Icons created through our AI generation tools are subject to the same licensing terms as all other icons on the platform. While we use AI models to assist in icon creation, the resulting assets are curated and distributed through IconsMint. We do not guarantee that AI-generated icons will be unique or free from similarity to other designs.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• •Redistribute, resell, or sublicense icons as standalone assets or in icon packs
• •Use the Service to create competing icon libraries or asset marketplaces
• •Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or download content from the Service
• •Attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• •Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Maesto LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Licensed icons downloaded prior to termination retain their license.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maesto LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
